We live in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Friends and family come & visit to see us & the sites. With bottled oxygen on several occasions I ran out of air at Mt. Rushmore &The Buffalo Stampede at Custer St. Park. I carry the extra battery (in my jeepster) & always have ample oxygen to finish the tours. It is a great product. I recommend the Inogen machine to all who need oxygen assistance.

The day I was put on oxygen my life changed. Many activities were no longer an option. I felt confined to my home and embarrassed by those awful O2 cylinders. They just didn’t fit my life style. The day my Inogen Concentrator was delivered I got my life back. I can be out shopping for hours, travel on senior bus trips, make long car trips. So many things are now possible. I feel like my old self again. If you want your life back, get an Inogen.

His name is Brody. He’s 10 month old and without my Inogen One unit, I would probably not have met him at this precious age. He lives in Maryland, I live in Calif. and since the Inogen One is FAA approved I could fly there to meet him. The Inogen One has greatly increased my freedom to travel long distances. With the long life battery and the ability to use the unit in a car, plane or train it’s a blessing. The Inogen customer service reps have been outstanding with their follow up and service. My grandson is a blessing!

You can’t say anything else, you are already a perfect company.
Thanks to Inogen Inc. I can now go. No more oxygen bottles to lift in and out of the car. I now just take my small unit. From Inogen I can go anywhere I want to go. The unit weighs 7 ½ lbs. Also when I travel I just plug it into the cigar lighter . What a blessing. No bottles or cart to take with me. - Reva R. |

My first portable oxygen concentrator was not an Inogen, and it failed me once too often just weeks before a scheduled 8 ½ hour flight from Norfolk to San Diego. I had been told that Inogen made the best POC on the market, so I called to inquire about it. When I learned that the Inogen came with a lifetime warranty, I decided to buy it, and I am so happy now that I did. I found the Inogen One G2 to be easy to use, easy to care for and able to get me from coast to coast in an airplane without the need of changing batteries! And it was so quiet that I often checked to make sure the green light that signals that it is working was on! I needed oxygen 24 – 7 during my visit to the beautiful town of Ojai CA, and I pulled my G2 around with me both through the town and up on the top of Meditation Mount outside of Ojai where I went to take photos. Thanks to Inogen, I can now look forward to more visits to California and the Southwest without having to worry about where my next breath is coming from! - Sarah G. |

Before I heard the news that my oxygen needed to be supplemented, I was an independent person. Finding out that I needed to be strapped to an oxygen tank wherever I went was frustrating. I also have back problems and lifting those heavy tanks in and out of my car was exacerbating the problems. Wherever I went, my time away from home was limited by the amount of oxygen in that tank.
One day while watching television a commercial came on for the Inogen One. It sounded almost too good to be true. A small oxygen concentrator operated by rechargeable batteries that could be charged while driving my car or anywhere there was a cigarette lighter, two pin outlet or a 120V outlet. I wrote down the phone number and after dropping a tank on my foot and breaking my toe, I decided to give them a call. I was delighted to hear that my insurance would help pay for the Inogen One and soon after, obtained the unit. It totally changed my lifestyle. Freedom! The unit came with a small hand cart or a carrying strap. Because of my back problems I opted for the hand cart. I wheeled the Inogen One and its supplies around on it. The bag that came with it had two pouches. One carried supplies for the concentrator and the other soon became my purse. Everything I needed could be carried around on the hand cart. Anytime I need supplies or have any problems, I can call Inogen and get what I need. The personnel at Inogen have been a delight to work with and are excellent in Customer Care. My neighbor commented one day as I returned home,”boy, you sure get around with that thing”. How true! I’m very happy with my Inogen One.

I contacted you back in January of this year about the Inogen One product. I recently purchased it, and want to tell you how delighted I am with it. It has enabled me to “get out of Dodge”, so to speak. I used it during the summer to go to Cape Cod, I used it later to visit my daughter in Maryland, but the most exciting time I have had with it was a week or so ago when my son and his daughter (my granddaughter) and I flew to Denver to visit another son. I was looking forward to revisiting Vail, which we did. But as you can see from the attached picture, we took the long way out and went up and over Loveland Pass. What a thrill to be able to do that again! I’m sending this picture to let you see where I was, thanks to Inogen One. I can’t thank the Inogen One enough. My next trip will be to Alabama to be at my grandson’s wedding. Thank you again, Inogen One !!!

I started my oxygen use over three years ago with a normal full flow concentrator and tanks for mobility. After being restricted to time and distance by the tanks, I discovered the Inogen One portable. Since then, a large portion of my normal life has returned. I can travel anywhere and not worry about running short of oxygen. I can continue my activities away from the house and be with family and friends. Yard work, hunting club meetings, shopping, overnight trips, flying, RV trips, boating and most anything else are all possible, thanks to the Inogen One.

I thought I would fill you in on my latest trip to Germany. The trips are really getting a lot easier now thanks to my Inogen. The people at the airport check-ins and airline counters are also beginning to recognize my little machine, so things go a lot faster and without any lengthy questioning. Well, with the exception of the entire ground crew of American Airlines at Dallas airport, but that was a fun thing. They had heard about the Inogen and knew that I was permitted to travel with it but they where curious about it and wanted to learn more. So we had a little show and tell and demonstration  of my little machine right there at air side, much to delight of a bunch of onlookers. We all parted great friends, the only regrettable thing was that Allen forgot to take a picture. We did get one in the plane this time though, by the way it fits under the seat just fine, posing it on the seat was just for show off purposes. Still loving the freedom. Dear Inogen, I want to thank you for your great product. It has allowed me to continue to pursue all my passions of life because I can travel and play golf, hunt and fish anywhere in the world that has power or a generator. I have to use it when I sleep and on exertion such as fighting a large Tarpon. All the air lines are now familiar with your product and allow them to be carried on their planes. I just wanted to write to you to let you know how much we love the Inogen One system. It has made Julia’s mobility so much better. She is now able to spend the night at her grandmother’s (Nan) house. We are able to go to hotels and spend the night. We even have a vacation to Walt Disney World booked for the end of May. Julia also looks forward to being able to spend the night at friends’ houses without the worry of tanks or the huge concentrator machine. The quality of life improvement it has made is incredible.

This is a picture of my 79 year old father at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs, Colorado! (elevation is 6,800 feet!) He takes his oxygen everywhere and never has a problem! It’s the greatest! And everywhere we go, people stop and ask him about it!

It is with great appreciation that we are writing to you regarding our experience of our purchase for the Inogen One. Your wonder staff was able to accommodate our son’s specific requirements even more than we hoped for.
Our son has been taking the Inogen One to school every day. This is great, since we never need to worry about running out of tanks. Nor do we have to be concerned about the hazard that so many oxygen tanks pose. In the past, our son was hardly able to ride his bike. When he did, we would hold the tank while we followed his bike. With the Inogen One’s compact size, we are able to place it in his bike’s wagon, giving him the independence that every child should have. Traveling has become easier too. We would lug a minimum of five tanks into the car to get us through the day. Now, with our Inogen One, some batteries and a car charger, we could last on the road for as long as we’d like. Regarding the Inogen, I consider this the best value for money that I have had in a long time. My wife and I have recently returned from a holiday in New Zealand travelling at various times by plane, bus, train ,boat and motor car and I consider the Inogen much easier to handle than bottled oxygen which I had to use previously when away from home, as well as not having to arrange oxygen supply from 3 different sources.
